Zillertal Bike
Challenge - 4th - 6th July
2014
The
starting shot for the 6th Zillertal Bike Challenge will be fired on the
4th July
2014 in Fügen. Following the sensational success of recent years, the
3-day stage race has secured itself a permanent place in the calender of
professional and hobby cyclists as the hardest bike race in
the Alps!
From the start in Fügen, wide mountain roads as well as steep, Alpine
logging roads take the
riders via Zell-Gerlos, Mayrhofen-Hippach and
Tux-Finkenberg to the finish line on the eternal
ice of the Hintertuxer
glacier.
During this event we would be very happy to offer you
accomodation at Edelweiss Apartments. Besides a
good night sleep you can also use our space where your bikes can be
stored safely
and where you can perform maintenance and repairs.
Accreditation for the 6th Zillertal Bike
Challenge 2014 is possible
until June, 29th 2014.

Dominikushütte - Schlegeis Reservoir
Directly above the parking area at the
Schlegeis-dam you will find the Dominikushütte. With a stunning view over
the lake and the Schlegeis-glacier you will be spoiled with Tyrolean
specialties either on the sunterrace or in the restaurant.

Edelweiss Apartments
in Stumm
Edelweiss Apartments will offer you 5 apartments, each with a surface of
80 - 100 m². Each apartment has 6-10 beds separated in three bedrooms.
Almost all bedrooms have their own bathroom with toilet. The apartments
have a large and fully equiped living room/kitchen (dishwasher,
waterboiler, coffeemachine, tableware etc. Microwave on request).
All our apartments have a balcony!
